Changing my Linux distro recommendation

Line art drawing of a girl saying, Maybe Linux Mint isn't as great as I used to think?

The name of this HTML file is "MYRTLE.HTML". See, I drew a character shortly after overwriting Win10 with Linux Mint called "Minty", so the filename here is sort of a reference to Myrtle and Minty, 2 of the ponies from The Hobbit.

It's also my way of saying, Debian is better. I don't know that this girl's name is Myrtle, but I drew her in KolourPaint on Debian. In my last entry, I mentioned how I was using Xfce as my desktop environment, but I decided that setting up the software manager was too much of a pain in the arse. The other options were GNOME and KDE Plasma (well, and MATE and Cinnamon too I guess). Riza has a personal beef with GNOME users, so I went with KDE Plasma instead. Honestly, it's like if Windows 10 and Linux Mint had a baby. Maybe it's just because the computer I installed Mint onto initially was such a piece of crap, but my UX with it wasn't great. For future reference, when shopping for laptops, make sure the CPU has at least 4 cores with a minimum of 16 GB of RAM. My blue craptop has a 2-core processor that actually was discontinued 3 years before the laptop was built and only 8 GB RAM. I don't know how I ever intended to install and run FL Studio on that thing when it was still a Windows 10 computer.

But, no matter how good Linux Mint is, I feel that Debian is better. Also, I need to draw more often.
